How it works
Your own bot in five steps
The part in the developer portal takes about three minutes. The rest happens by itself.

You get a slot
The Modern Tickets team gives out slots. While this is in beta, only some people get one - you get a message when you do.

Make a Discord app
In the developer portal, make a new app and give it the name and picture you want. The next page shows every click.

Paste its token here
The website checks it and starts your bot while you watch. The token is stored safely and never shown again.

Invite it
Add your bot to your server. It stays in that one server - the first one it joins is its home.

What you get

Every message and every ticket shows your bot’s name and picture, not ours.
Your own banner
Upload your own picture for the ticket panel and the messages.
Your status
Pick what your bot is “Watching” or “Playing”, and whether it shows online, idle or invisible.
Everything Modern Tickets does
Tickets in DMs, the forum, anonymous reports, copies of every chat, stars, statistics and the dashboard.
Your brand on the website
The dashboard, the setup and the chat copies show your bot, not the Modern Tickets logo.
Move to another server
Move your bot to a different server any time, and take your settings with you.
And if it ends?
A slot runs for a set time or until it is removed. You get a reminder three days and one day before it ends. At the end, your bot sends you your settings as a file - load it into Modern Tickets or a new bot, and nothing is lost.
