Turn a category into an application: reviewers, requirements, roles given on accept, and your own message to every applicant.

Search inside messages
Find a ticket by what somebody wrote, with the sentence around it - in the transcripts and in the ticket list.

A server profile
Give Modern Tickets its own name, avatar, banner and About me in your server - without a bot of your own.

Premium is yours, not a server’s: turn it on for up to two servers you manage, and move it whenever you like.

Make any category an application - for a team role, a whitelist, a partnership. Members apply in their DMs like they open a ticket, and the bot makes sure only the right people can.
Every part is yours to set: who decides, who may apply, which roles change, what the applicant reads.

Account age, time on the server, the roles they need or may not have, a wait after a decline.

Open the dashboard, pick your server and press Turn Premium on - on up to two servers you manage.

Questions
When can I buy Premium?
Soon. We are setting up the shop right now - once it is open, the plans are on this page.
Is Premium for a person or for a server?
For a person. You turn it on for up to two servers you manage, and you can turn it off on one to use it on another.
What happens when it ends?
Nothing is deleted. The servers go back to Free: what they already have stays, the limits only stop what is new. Your own banner and the Premium designs are drawn as Modern again, and come back with Premium.
What about applications that are still open?
They can still be accepted or declined. New tickets in that category open as ordinary ones until Premium is back.
Does it work with a custom-branded bot?
Yes. Premium belongs to the server, whichever bot of this installation runs it.
